Shipping Policy

We ship Express via SMSA & Others within Saudi Arabia and DHL to the GCC, US and UK.  Within Saudi Arabia it generally takes 7 business days.  For the GCC it generally takes 7-10 business days.  Any custom import duty will be paid by the us.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at no additional charge to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain. As our website is a self-checkout, if a customer mistakenly selects the free Express-Wire or Credit Card option for a COD order, Starn reserves the right to manually cancel the order and place a new Express-COD order with the correct COD charges applied.

Any refund or exchange must take place within 7 days from receiving the merchandise.  The merchandise must be undamaged, in the original packaging and everything in the same new condition it was received.  If items have signs of being worn or used, unfortunately they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders from Saudi Arabia within 7 days from receiving the items:

- If you are unhappy with the size, we will replace it for you for free. This is limited to 1 time per customer. We will email you an Air Way Bill to print and hand over with the exchanged item to the nearest SMSA branch to you.  Please email us to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- If you to return an item that is unused and is in the same new condition you received it, we will return it for you for free with a full refund. We will email you an Air Way Bill to print and hand over with the exchanged item to the nearest SMSA branch to you.  Please email us to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- If you wish to return the item that is used, we unfortunately cannot issue you a return.
- In the rare event there you received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturing or quality defect, we will exchange or refund you.  Please email us to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- Consumer rights are protected for returns under e-commerce law of Saudi Arabia per article 13. 

From GCC:

- You are allowed to exchange the size only 1 time.  If are unhappy with the size, we will ship it back to you for free. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping fees to ship back to us. Please email us to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.
- If you wish to return the item for no valid, we unfortunately cannot issue you return.
- In the rare event there you received the wrong item, or there is a manufacturing or quality defect, we will exchange or refund you.  Please email us to the address shown on your order or open a ticket on support portal here.

 

Refunds generally take 7-15 days.

Exchanges will be shipped as soon as we receive and inspect the returned items.
